A qualified holder of bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a working experience of over 18 years in Oil & Gas Industry outside Pakistan. He served on high managerial positions in one of the largest Oil & Gas Service Company of the world and has been posted in the USA, Kuwait, Pakistan, Oman and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2013 he entered as a professional in Real Estate market, formed his own company by the name of Heaven’s Deal and within a year made a good list of client’s including multi-national companies and foreign individual customers. His hands-on approach, strategic market analysis, professional approach, timely decision-making and positive attitude has benefited his clients over the recent years. His success of past experiences with his clients and the recent time developments in the real estate industry created an opportunity for Ali to expand his work-scope in the field of construction & architectural designing. This need of growing expansion became the reason of establishing ALI & SULTAN Group

Sultan Sahib, raised in a family with a back-ground of textile industry, got a degree in Fashion Designing from Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, initially worked within the family business after graduation and raised the bar with foreign exports to various countries in Asia and Europe by implementing his concepts and designs in the fashion industry. Sultan along-with the family business was always a keen admirer of investments into real estate industry and time to time along-with his friends invested in different commercial properties in Karachi.
